What I collect

When you book a reading or get in touch, I may collect:

●       Your name, email, and phone number

●       Your home address

●       Your building's construction year and any renovation history

●       Photos of your home, or a floor plan you provide

●       Any notes or context you share about your home or situation

Why I collect it

This information is used only to prepare and carry out your reading — casting your chart, understanding your home's layout, and providing recommendations suited to your specific space. Nothing is collected beyond what's needed for this purpose.

How it's stored and who sees it

Your information is kept privately and is not shared with any third party, sold, or used for marketing without your separate, explicit consent. Booking and payment details are processed through [Acuity Scheduling / Squarespace Payments], which have their own security and privacy practices.

How long it's kept

Your details are retained only as long as needed to provide your reading and any relevant follow-up (such as a Remedy Refresh), or as required by law (for example, financial record-keeping obligations).

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand), you can ask to see what information I hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Just email harmonyfengshuinz@gmail.com.

Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

I understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else.

●       With 48+ hours' notice: your booking can be rescheduled at no extra charge.

●       With less than 48 hours' notice: [your policy here — e.g., "a rescheduling fee may apply" or "the booking is non-refundable"].

What a Reading Includes

Each service page describes what's included. Any additional walkthroughs, follow-up visits, or extended reports beyond what's listed may be quoted separately.

Recommendations Are Guidance, Not Guarantees

Feng Shui recommendations are offered as guidance based on classical Flying Stars principles, tailored to your specific home. They are not a substitute for professional building, structural, health, financial, or legal advice, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on many factors outside a reading's control.

Remote vs. In-Person Readings

Where a reading is conducted remotely, its accuracy depends on the completeness and accuracy of the photos, floor plans, and details you provide.
